Matt......Wow - what a great testimony to all of us. You and Lana have so much courage to break out of that box....a lot of us are still in. It makes me excited to see how God will bless your mission...that comes from the Lord. Thank you so much for sharing!

This article was really informative but slightly wrong. beong that I have had afirt person view of homelessness it allways amazes me when this fact sheets are printed and are WRONG. A persons PERsonal issues and lack of dedication is allways the biggest contributing factors toward homelesness..Thkni about it? If you didnt smoke dope then you would be concerned with increasing your education. right or wrong? also Poverty is such a generl usage of a word that describes homelessness thatit shoudl be stricken from all converstaions that involve thse who are homeless. broke people stay broke because rthey spend thier money on thier habits. whetherot's food, clothing, sex or drugs. so in my opinion the fact sheet shoud really be about the FACT and that's personal addictions and demons are cause #1 as too why people are homeless. remember we run the government not the other way around.

I liked this...Essential satchel is trulu keeping the focus on who deserves the praise. I'm wondering though if the items where actually helpful too the homeless?...also is esssential satchel looking to do anything for the homeless women and children? who are in more dire straits? any way it goes I applaud them for doing what God directed them to do, we need more to step up!!!

Andrea is a very insightful young lady. Her message growing up was "Pretty on the inside makes pretty on the outside" I believe this is evident today in her life. Her heart is where it needs to be. Focused on God, reaching hundreds and eventually thousands. My hopes are that many others read this article or hear about Essential Satchel and will donate in whatever way the Holy Spirit leads them to!

Lana,
Thanks so much for sharing this stroy. What a wonderful, loving ministry going out to show God's love and care to his people. I will be praying for Andrea and for God's word to transform lives.
