  • Content highlight the local needs without creating scapegoats or focusing on wrong-doers; emphasis on solutions and and what’s working
  • Magazine functions as a resource for individuals and organizations, highlighting successful poverty-alleviation strategies in the community
  • Magazine functions as a bridge between needy organizations and individuals with desire/resources to help
